Woman’s body found inside sack at ISBT
NEW DELHI: A woman’s body was found stuffed inside a sack near the
Inter State Bus Terminus (ISBT) at Anand Vihar. Shockingly, this is
the ninth incident of bodybags being recovered in the city packed with
the mutilated bodies of women.

Treat acid & sexual attack victims alike: High court
JAIPUR: The Rajasthan High Court has observed that the state
government should not discriminate between the victims of an acid
attack and a sexual attack while deciding compensations for them.

Home alone, woman murdered
CHENNAI: A 65-year-old woman living alone in Kodambakkam was found
murdered in her house on Monday morning. About 30 sovereigns of gold
ornaments were missing from her place, but eight bangles and two rings
remained on the body. Police have lifted two sets of fingerprints from
the scene. The victim, L Parameswari of Bharatheeswarar Colony in
Kodambakkam, owned an auto.

BPO staffer hangs herself
BANGALORE: A 30-yearold BPO employee allegedly committed suicide in
her parents’ house at Hulimavu on Sunday. Sushma Kiran was found
hanging from the fan.
Police said the incident came to light on Monday morning when her
parents Narayan and Ushadevi found her body. A death note said, “No
one is responsible for my death.”
Sushma Kiran was working with a top company on Bannerghatta Road,
